We reserve the right to change some components in some of our specifications. This is due to the dynamic nature of component technology. We can guarantee though, that we will only ever change a component with a better one - this will not be used as an excuse to supply any lesser a PC.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. There will be no additional taxes or charges.

We will offer Paypal, Credit Card (via Paypal), and will shortly be offering GoogleCheckout. Obviously all funds have to be cleared before despatch.

KlickComputers endeavors to dispatch goods within 5 working days from receipt of your order. You will be contacted in the event of your goods not being dispatched within 5 working days from acceptance of your order and given the option to either cancel your order and receive a full refund, order a different product or wait for the delivery.

We will calculate shipping cost based upon weight and this is available at checkout stage. For further details on our shipping rates, please visit the 'Delivery' page.

The place for delivery of the Products will be notified to KlickComputers by the Consumer prior to dispatch of the Products. If the Consumer fails to take delivery of the Products or fails to give KlickComputers adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery then KlickComputers may store the Products until actual delivery and charge the Consumer for the costs (including insurance) of storage and redelivery; or sell the Products at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all storage, selling and other expenses) account to the Consumer for the excess over sums owing by the Consumer or charge the Consumer for any shortfall..

The Consumer shall notify KlickComputers of any shortage of quantity or damage to the Products or any alleged failure to comply with its description in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the Products. Returns must be made subject to the following: prior authority having been obtained from KlickComputers which will be given at KlickComputers sole discretion, The products must be properly packed. If KlickComputers agrees to accept return of the Products. KlickComputers will arrange to collect the goods. If upon inspection the goods have been mistreated, used in an inappropriate manner or are in fact not faulty, KlickComputers reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Risk shall pass to the Consumer at the time the Products are delivered by KlickComputers or their agents. If Products have not been received, the Consumer must notify KlickComputers within 5 days of the date of the invoice. If proof of delivery is required, this must be requested within 12 days of the date of the invoice.;br>
Free technical support is available via email. This support will be offered on all products for the first 12 months after purchase.

All technical support emails will be answered within 48 hours, regardless of which day of the week they arrive.
